About me

Hi there, I'm Kendyl, the founder of Ivory and Oak! I started this brand as a hobby a few years ago, and it quickly grew into a full-time passion. I've stepped away from my career as a lash technician to focus on creating beautiful, eco-friendly home goods that bring joy and comfort to your life.

I grew up on the West Coast, but my husband and I now call Fort McMurray home. We have a sweet Boston terrier puppy who keeps us on our toes! When I'm not creating new products for Ivory and Oak, you can find me listening to music, running on my treadmill, or simply enjoying the quiet moments of life.

Ivory and Oak is more than just a business to me - it's a way to bring people together and spread joy through beautiful, hand-crafted products. Our candles are made with eco-friendly Coco Cremé Soy Wax and feature wooden wicks made from FSC-certified wood. We're also branching into other household products, such as diffusers and room sprays, to offer a complete range of eco-friendly options for your home.

I'm so grateful for the amazing people I've met through Ivory and Oak and the support of our local community. Our candles are now sold in seven local retailers, and I'm thrilled to bring my passion to even more people. I can't wait to create more beautiful products for you to enjoy!
